The Kapal Api Global Campus Activity at Widya Mandala University (UWM), Surabaya, was presented by Ms. Sisca, Human Capital Kapal Api Global, by explaining the company profile of Kapal Api Global. This series of activities began with a seminar in the morning then continued with campus hiring in the afternoon.
The seminar with the theme “Going Global with Kapal Api Global” was held in the Auditorium Building 4 Floor UWM Building B. This seminar was opened by Ms. Sisca, Human Capital Kapal Api Global, by explaining the company profile of Kapal Api Global. Further, the first session was about “Global Macro Trends” delivered by Mrs. Widi, HR Santos Premium Krimer was the main highlight. Followed by Mrs. Rani, HR Santos Jaya Abadi, who conveyed what challenges and skills required to be prepared when entering the work force. The participants of this seminar were job seekers and final year students. With this seminar, Kapal Api Global aimed that the participants got an illustration of the world of work. So they not only prepared themselves to compete to get a job but also ready to face the competition they might face when they enter the working world.
After lunch, the class is divided into two. The first class for the campus hiring by Fastrata Buana and the second class for the campus hiring by Santos Jaya Abadi. In the campus hiring, both Fastrata Buana and Santos Jaya Abadi opened several job vacancies. In this occasion, all participants must took a series of selection tests to be able to join Fastrata Buana and Santos Jaya Abadi.
